Pumpkin Bars
| 4 eggs |
2 tsp. baking powder |
| 2 cups sugar |
1 tsp. baking soda |
| 1 cup vegtable oil |
2 tsp. cinnamon |
| 1 can pumpkin (15 oz.) |
1/2 tsp. each: ginger, nutmeg, cloves, salt |
| 2 cups flour |

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, oil and pumpkin.
Add dry ingredients.
Pour into a (9 x 13) or (8 x 8) or (10 ½ x 15) inch pan.
Bake at 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Frosting:
½ cup butter
8 oz block of cream cheese
2-3 cups powdered sugar

Bonnie's Banana Bread
| 1 cup sugar |
½ tsp salt |
| ½ cup vegetable oil |
½ tsp baking powder |
| 2 eggs, well beaten |
3 Tbsp milk |
| 3 bananas (mashed) |
½ tsp vanilla |
| 2 cups flour |
½ cup chopped nuts |
| 1 tsp baking soda |

Beat oil and sugar, add eggs and bananas. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Stir in milk and vanilla and nuts. Bake in 9x5x3 loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Dorothy's Ramen Noodle Hotdish
2 lb Ground Chuck
1 onion, chopped
½ package coleslaw mix
2-3 Tablespoons soy sauce
6 cups water
2-3 carrots, sliced and pre-cooked
3 pkg chicken flavored Ramen noodles & seasoning
Brown ground chuck and onion. Add coleslaw, soy sauce and water. Simmer until the veggies are cooked. *Add the carrots and Ramen noodles & seasoning.
Simmer until noodles are just done. Serve.
* May add 1-2 tablespoons of flour if you want it thickened before adding noodles.
